SuperStereo adds another station to its network

SuperStereo adds another station to its network making the total number of channels available in HiRes to ten. The new station called SuperStereo 3+ will feature New Wave, New Romantic and Synth Pop and is available as a HiRes 24bit/96kHz Lossless FLAC and a 26kHz AAC stream both as direct links and via a webplayer. SuperStereo to launch new Latin channel

SuperStereo Radio Chile is to launch a new Latin channel on Saturday 29th at 2am in the UK (Friday 28th June at 9pm New York time). SuperStereo Chile suffers damaging flood and is now only broadcasting SuperStereo 1 from a backup location. The station put out the following announcement, “We have suffered a flood in our broadcasting plant, damaging most of our equipment, we are currently broadcasting with our emergency transmitter on channel 1 from another location, we hope to be back as soon as possible, at least it will be about 5 days before that.” We’ll keep this post updated […]

In what is a world first, SuperStereo Radio Chile will be making its instrumental channel available in HiRes quadraphonic sound.
