German music sales continued to grow in 2024 with revenue reaching €2.38 Bn – up 7.8% on 2023 according to the BVMI in recently released figures. The majority of sales, 84.1%, were generated from the digital business, which grew by 11.2%, driven by audio streaming (+12.6%), which now has a market share of 78.1%.
