Germans stream 107 Bn tracks in 2019, a 36% increase over the 79.5 Bn streams in 2018 and nearly double the 56.4 Bn streams in 2017 according to BVMI, the German music industry association. The BVMI, Germany’s recorded music industry association has reported no growth for the German music market in 2018 which achieved sales of €1.582 Bn – a small decline of 0.4% less than in 2017.
