Sanctity of Sound is an internet radio station set up to support the Queer Spirit project and its annual festival which this year occurs over 5 days between the 15th – 19th August in Bridwell Park, Devon. In addition to a webplayer the station has numerous ways to listen such as mobile apps, smart devices and radio aggregators. There is a CD Quality Lossless FLAC stream available via a direct link plus a 128kbps MP3 stream. The website has links to their social media, playlists and podcasts which support the festival and the organisation’s wider social aims.
According to the station, “We aim to provide ways for LGBT+ people to explore spirituality, healing and personal development, and we celebrate the creative and spiritual gifts that the queer tribes bring to humanity. Queer Spirit is the synergy formed by bringing together many views, experiences, beliefs, philosophies and ways of being that have queerness and spirituality at their core. It is a cauldron of queer vitality connecting the worlds, exploring energy, nature & love.”
