Radio Paradise now has song title info and is experimenting with separate FLAC streams which contain metadata. As the station says, “The links below include stream metadata (song title info). Like everything about FLAC streaming, this is still somewhat experimental. If you experience an increase in dropouts or glitches, we recommend going back to the main links.”

Note: the FLAC-with-metadata links are http, because some players (like VLC) will not display metadata on https streams.”
In other enhancements the station has enabled cacheing of its content in its smartphone apps enabling offline listening. There are also upgrades to its Sonos integration allowing access to its alternate mixes, along with the ability to skip and pause songs. With the recent upgrade to the Sonos app (S2) this holds out the prospect of FLAC streaming support in most of the company’s newer products.
