Deezer Free now available on Google Home and Nest devices using Google Assistant to play tunes on their smart speakers and displays. To use the service, start by setting up Deezer as your default music service in the Google Home app. Then kick off your music session with a simple “Hey Google, play my music” to enjoy your tracks.
If you want a lean-back soundtrack that’s personalized to your exact music taste, ask Google Assistant to play your “Flow.” You can also request a playlist, artist, or even just ask for music to fit your mood such as “Happy music”. Deezer Free is ad supported, but you get six skips an hour. All playlists will also be in shuffle mode and you’ll hear artist mixes.
Nicolas Pinoteau, Deezer’s Director of Partnership Integration said, “We want everyone to play their favourite tunes at home, even if they’re not a paying subscriber. So, whether you like chill out music or working out to the latest fitness playlists, just ask Google Assistant to play from Deezer!”
