Apple Music has rolled out 116 ‘Top 100’ Charts, one for every country where it is available plus a Global Top 100. Every chart will be updated on a daily basis at 12am PST (US time). The format is similar to that of playlists or albums and can be found on the Browse page with top Songs and Playlists.
With instant and free access not only to the Chart listings but also the tracks themselves, it would seem that the future of conventional charts such as Billboard are numbered – see the Billboard Top 100 here.
