Apple Music launches ‘New Music Daily’ playlist, the playlist formerly known as Best of the Week which is now being refreshed daily. According to Apple Music ‘New Music Daily (formerly known as Best of the Week) is our home for the latest must-hear songs – the playlist that never sleeps.’

Other recent upgrades to Apple Music include a new Shazam Discovery Top 50 playlist which is compiled from Shazams from across the world. Apple Music describes Shazam Discovery as ‘Want to be ahead of the curve? The global Shazam Discovery Top 50, powered by Shazams from around the world and updated once a week, compiles up-and-coming songs from breaking artists. Free trials of Apple Music are available and the streamer has recently increased its Student subscription free trial to six months with a 50% discount once the trial has finished.
