YouTube Music adds 14 new countries

YouTube Music adds 14 new countries making a total of 95 countries where YouTube Music Premium and YouTube Premium are now available. In addition to rolling out these two services in Egypt, YouTube have added a Student Plan in that country and removed family plans from Belarus.

The 14 additional countries are:

  • American Samoa
  • Aruba
  • Belarus
  • Bermuda
  • Cayman Islands
  • Egypt
  • French Guyana
  • French Polynesia
  • Guadeloupe
  • Guam
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Papua New Guinea
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands

Google has recently announced that it will definitely be closing Google Play Music (GPM) this year and rolled out a transfer utility to allow GPM subscribers to move their downloaded music and podcasts to YouTube Music.
