Apple Music Classical now has a web application but there is still no dedicated Mac desktop app. Originally launched for iPhone users in March 2023, Apple launched an Android app in June 2023, an iPad app in November 2023 and a year later a CarPlay app in November 2024.
Anjali Malhotra, Global Director of Apple Music Classical said, “Apple Music Classical continues to innovate and expand on its mission to bring great musicians and their recordings to music lovers around the world all in one app. Now that the app is available on the web, Apple Music Classical’s catalogue of over 5 million tracks and 50 million datapoints are now available for those who primarily use their desktops to listen to music”
